DR MARITIME Agent will wait for your arrival on your berth place and after collected all necessary documents from you, will request Navigation Permit from Harbor Master Office. It takes approximately 20 minutes for “Clearance”.

Necessary documentation for clearance in montenegro
- crew and/or passengers list ( on attached forms )
- certificate of the vessel ability for navigation
- certificates of competency for desired crew rank
- insurance data for a sailing in accordance with the flag-state regulations
- proof of the ownership for vessel, or a proxy for authorized use
Port clearance procedure:
1. Notify DR MARITIME latest 24 hours prior your arrival in port by submitting the form ( attached ) either by e-mail to: info@drmaritime.com or by fax to: +382 32 304 201
2. Inform duty agent with following data:
- Vessel particular data - loa, gt, registry flag - state, port of registry
- No. of crew and passengers ( pass on the lists if already available )
- Eta
- Planed stay interval in port - from dd.mm.hrs to dd.mm.hrs
* DR MARITIMEt will make berth reservation and notify you about berth details
3. Prepare listed documents and submit on arrival as following:
- crew list - 6 copies
- passengers list - 6 copies
- ship's ability for navigation - 2 copies
- crew competency certificate - 2 copies
- insurance data - 2 copies
- proof of ownership or proxy for use - 2 copies
- However, copies of these documents we can prepare for you, if so than you need to forward one of each at our e-mail prior arrival.
- vignette / navigation permit
For entry of yacht in Montenegrin waters you need following documentation:
- arrival report
- evidence of registration and seaworthiness
- evidence of competency for operation of yacht for master and crew
- evidence of insurance policy
- ownership certificate of authorization for use
- evidence of payment of light dues
On reported ETA, DR MARITIME duty Boarding Officer will wait on your berth place and request Permit from Harbour Master Office that is approximately 20-30 min free pratique.
